You've chosen the CS2000 region data files. A list of available files is shown below.

For some files, previous versions are available. The drop-down menu next to each file indicates the available versions, with the most recent (i.e. highest numbered) version being the default choice. An explanation of the versions is given in the table.

To download the current version of a file, just click the appropriate download button. Otherwise, select the version that you want from the menu before clicking on download.
